So it looks like the old Victoria Strainer is working OK. The sauce looks yummy!

Yummy and beautiful! Not many of our tomatoes actually made it to red this year after I discovered how awesome fried green tomatoes are. I may need to show some restraint next year and then perhaps we'll can them!
Yuck!
OMG, I am drooling...I have not tried fried green tomatoes, but the look of all those little lemmings all lined up for sauce, WOW!
