Italian Bean Salad
Very bright tasting with the lemon and lime juices used as the acid rather than vinegar.










Mexican Sweet Potato and Black Bean Salad
This is going to become one of our staples. The chipotle and Thai sweet chili sauce make the flavors pop. We are also really enjoying the left overs mixed in with our morning scrambled eggs.
