The link for our house is acting funny. Sorry about that. Our house is the one in Woodinville, not the one in Kenmore.
We are now in the process of getting a quote on putting hardwood flooring in the entryway hallway, down to the kitchen and through into the back family room. We'll see! It sure is a lot of money out of pocket all at the same time. I guess this is what we have to look forward to for the rest of our lives ;-)

You don't have to do everything at once. The house is never "done" there will always be something that needs to be done. Was a lawn mower, rakes, ladder, basically all the stuff you need to maintain outside part of the deal? I remember the first fall we were in our house...every little job required a trip to Home Depot. Can't rake leaves without a rake, can't clean out the gutters without a ladder, oh and better buy a bucket while we are there. We bought a snow blower, shovels and motion sensor lights for our first anniversary. How romantic!
