GF Corn Bread

1/4 C rice flour
1/4 C tapioca flour
1/4 C sorghum
1/4 C potato starch
1/4 C sugar
4 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1 t xanthan
1/4 C shortening
2 eggs
1 C milk
1 C cornmeal

Cut shortening into dry mix
Combine eggs & Milk
Alternate adding wet and cornmeal

425 for 20-25 minutes
