Thai tuna curry
My first creative attempt to use up the tuna was successful! This is a curry from Tom Douglas, one of the most famous Seattle chefs. He even beat the Iron Chef!

BTW- justin's cousin is moving to Seattle. Should find a way to hook you guys up with him. He's a trip. Moving from Manhatten. Finds ways into the most outrageous circles. He's young, but witty and fun.

Tash - No pub crawl for me this year. I think last year's took everything out of me. We'll be in town from the 25th to the 31st. We will definately need to hook up during that time.
