This is a tiny resto located near Pioneer Square in Seattle that we LOVE! The only problem is that is it only open on Tuesday thru Friday from 11-4! I think it got recognized at first because it is Mario Batali's dad who opened it. But after going a couple of times, I've realized that it has nothing to do with the name of the owner's son. They cure their own meats and make about four specials a day. The last time we went with Brian's parents, I had a lamb stew over homemade orchetta. Freaking amazing. Nora loved it too!

Yeah I saw that place on the Anthony Burdane(?) show on the travel channel. It looked good.
